Bio
Clay Reuter grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, and honed his interest in art and nature by double majoring in anthropology and art at Trinity University. With a master’s in business administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Clay endeavors to build engagement and curiosity around art as the Community Services Coordinator at the Art Museum of South Texas. Clay’s artistic practice is inspired by personal artifacts and his natural surroundings. Using a combination of drawing, photography, digital imagery, and unusual recycled materials, Clay adds a playful perspective to serious concepts.
